Director

Director of the National Administrative Office for Enforcement

  • is responsible for ensuring that the tasks assigned for the Office are handled effectively, economically, successfully and maintaining high quality.
  • decides on matters handled in the National Administrative Office for Enforcement, unless otherwise provided in the rules of procedure of the Office, in any superior provisions or in an order separately issued by the Director of the National Administrative Office for Enforcement
  • can order a matter or a group of matters to be handled and decided in a different manner than what is provided in the rules of procedure of the Office
  • the Head of the Administrative Unit or some other Senior Administrative Bailiff, separately assigned by the Director of the National Administrative Office for Enforcement, substitutes for the Director.

Director is competent to decide on matters relating to:

  • the entire Office or several units
  • matters that are far-reaching or of major importance as a matter of principle
  • the annual budget and result targets of the enforcement authorities
  • damages exceeding 20,000 euros that are being claimed
  • giving authorisations for handling a court matter
  • international affairs

Management group

  • acts as an advisory organ in matters which are far-reaching or where an important principle is at stake and which pertain to the activities of the Office or to planning and development of the activities and finances of the Office.
  • consists of the Director of the National Administrative Office for Enforcement, the Senior Administrative Bailiffs and the Information Officer.
